Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. In the wake of quitting her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel started competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. When she was 17, she won her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career when she was just 16 when she gave up the sport of gymnastics. When she was 17 she was awarded her Pro Card a year after. This made her one of the oldest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel quit the stage after six years to complete college. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was an extension of her earlier efforts. In the past, she took part in elite competitions such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. When she won her first competition She continued to compete for several years setting new goals. By the end of 2009 she was awarded four additional health titles. Also, she became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) by winning the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel was on a break for a while when she earned her Professional card in order to earn her degree from college. Her return came in the month of October, 2015 when she made her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished 3rd in the competition. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. A few months later she was on the Olympia stage and took home the sixth position within the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated of her 6th position in the Fitness Division despite having zero expectations. In light of the fact that she had to compete against top athletes. Ariel has seen her body improve every year. Ariel likes working out her back. The most she does is bent-over rows, single arm pull-downs (on a machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. Ariel will warm-up prior to working on the sets. Ariel gets the most out of the time she has. The routine she does for her back comprises three or more supersets, each consisting of 10-12 reps.
