April Bowlby was born in the United States. She's both an actress and a model. April Michelle Bowlby (born April Michelle Bowlby) is an American actor best known for portraying Stacy Barrett in Drop Dead Diva and Kandi the popular TV sitcom Two and a Half Men. Bowlby received international attention for the Stacy Barrett role in Drop Dead Diva. In the American web series Titans in which she starred, she was a recurring character named Rita Farr/Elastigirl. The actress will reprise her character in a spinoff from The Doom Patrol series. Bowlby has also appeared in TV film Sands of Oblivion & The Wrong Daughter. After appearing on screen in The Slammin Salmon (which was her debut film) along with From Prada, to Nada she debuted on the big screen in All Roads Lead Home. Bowlby was a student at East Union High School in Manteca the state of California. Her move to the area was in her early years. Her acting career began after she graduated from her studies in ballet and French. Following her studies in drama under Ivana Chubb, she landed a leading part (Kandi in Two and a Half Men) just a few months after the time of her Hollywood debut. Bowlby was a guest star on a number of TV shows, including CSI: NY featuring Jenny Lee and Freddie (as Sydney) in 2005. Also, she appeared in Meg in the movie How I Met Your Mother. Bowlby's latest role was Natasha, a 12-year-old girl that lost her mother due to the result of an accident in her car. Bowlby is the lead character Mia in The Slammin Salmon, a comedy movie due to release in 2008. The actress lives within Los Angeles. She has naturally red hair, and blue eye color. She's not married and she has no kids.
