She's worked in a variety of industries together with the leaders of their teams to improve business outcomes especially during times when growth is rapid and change occurs by developing an aligned, coordinated, and effective in a comprehensive strategy for the people of the world. She's been a consultant to transform business and human resources strategies into goals for the entire enterprise and plans for strategic planning through managing performance and organization employees' engagement, organizational and performance management, as well as managing change. As a leader who is passionate and teambuilding, she believes in the power of teams and education as key for competitive advantages. Her experience includes working in Fortune 500 companies and small to mid-sized enterprises, helping them develop coaches and leaders with the results that have been proven. It was through this experience that she helped build organizations that were open to learning innovation and changed for the good of people and teams. Annmarie's passion for supporting Learning Ally has inspired her to dedicate her talents and time for the cause. She is also a volunteer for several nonprofit organizations in her free time. This includes being an active participant in the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee that is dedicated to helping women become leaders by providing education for members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership organization that is based in North America with the specific goal of providing training, networking and advocacy for specifically hotels in the healthcare industry and also aiding Shatterproof an organization that is a non-profit national committed to ending the addiction problem across the United States in educating communities to help those impacted by the disease of addiction.
